Key Offseason Dates

CURRENT ACTIVITIES (updated Jan 18, 2020)

Wednesdays 1:30 – 2:40 – Offseason Conditioning
All sessions will be held in the weight room of the high school. All works outs are safe and focused on learning proper form and technique of movements to train the appropriate muscles.

Please bring your workout clothes, supportive shoes, water bottle, and a yoga mat if you have one.


Spring – Open Gyms (no instruction from coaches per WIAA rules)

June/July – Offseason Practices (optional), varsity summer league and team camp (by invitation)

Late August – Tryouts
